Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

• You will be billed for work at the beginning of each month
• You may cancel your account at anytime without penalty
• Work will be completed for the month of your cancellation, you will not receive any further invoices

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Web Heroes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) upon notice. Work will be completed for any month already paid for.

Prices are subject to change. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the updated prices to the Web Heroes website (webheroeshq.com).

Web Heroes shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

AUTHORIZATION

The Client provides authorization and access to Web Heroes to their hosting accounts, control panels, CMS and any other relevant accounts, services or programs in order for Web Heroes to execute its services.

No credentials shared with Web Heroes will be used for any other purpose than which the client had agreed to. Client credentials will NEVER be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All elements supplied to Web Heroes to be added to a client’s website must be owned by the Client, or the Client has permission from the rightful owner/s to use each of these elements.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material clients provide to Web Heroes. Your website, its contents, any code written or updated during the course of this service remains the property of the client.
